Core Principle
At BLUECALADY, we prioritize your experience. Our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while respecting the unique nature of collectible and blind box toys. We support returns for eligible products with quality issues or delivery damage, but due to the random nature of blind box items, we do not accept returns based on personal preference.
Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

The item has a clear quality defect, such as damage, missing parts, or assembly/display failure.

The item was damaged during shipping, with severe external or internal deformation.

You received the wrong item or experienced missing items in your order.
Please Note: Blind box items cannot be returned once opened, unless there is a proven quality defect. Returns due to drawing an undesired style/design are not accepted.
Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Items have been used, opened, or intentionally damaged.

Blind box packaging has been torn, unsealed, or otherwise opened.

Items not purchased through official BLUECALADY channels.

Return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Process

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item, and provide the following:

Order number

Clear photos of the product issue

A brief description of the problem

Our team will respond and review your case within 48 hours.

If approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Special Notes

Limited edition or collaboration items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For plush toys or toys with intricate packaging, we recommend filming your unboxing process to provide evidence if needed.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
